Russ Henderson began land development and new home building in 1985. Homes were custom built on each lot and offered spectacular views. With projects as large as 84 detached homes in Toronto, to 64 two acre estate lots backing on to Sleepy Hollow golf course in Stouffville, to charming custom homes in Unionville - all completed with quality and care. For pure elegance and prestige, Warden Woods Homes (built with TLC) exclusive cul du sac at the south west corner of 16th Ave and Warden Ave was a memorable project. Before anyone moved in the value had already increased over $100k per home. Today they are still one of the most sought after homes in Unionville.
